Attitudes towards a European Constitution.<br>Topics: self-rated knowledge about the European Constitution; attitude towards the following statements on a European Constitution: necessity for the European Union to adopt a constitution, risk of block of EU institutions without a constitution, necessity for public debates on local and on regional level, usefulness of the position of a European Minister of Foreign Affairs, possibility for selected member states to strengthen mutual cooperation without the participation of other member states; preferred sources of information on the European Constitution; knowledge test on the European Constitution: creation of the position of a European Minister of Foreign Affairs, possibility of at least one million EU citizens to invite the European Commission to submit a proposal, election of the President of the European Council by direct universal suffrage, creation of a European direct tax.

本数据集聚焦民众对欧洲宪法的态度调研，调研内容包含以下模块：
1. 自我评估的欧洲宪法认知水平；
2. 对下述欧洲宪法相关表述的态度：欧盟（European Union，EU）制定宪法的必要性、无宪法框架下欧盟机构陷入运作僵局的风险、开展地方及区域层面公共辩论的必要性、欧洲外交事务部长职位的作用价值、部分成员国可在不吸纳其他成员国参与的前提下强化彼此合作的可能性；
3. 欧洲宪法相关信息的首选获取渠道；
4. 欧洲宪法知识测试，试题涵盖：欧洲外交事务部长职位的设立、至少一百万欧盟公民可提请欧盟委员会（European Commission）提交提案的权限、欧洲理事会（European Council）主席通过直接普选产生的方式、欧洲直接税的设立。

人口统计学字段包括：性别、年龄、受教育终止年龄、职业、职位、所属地区、社区类型。
