Next Generation Liquefaction (NGL) Partner Dataset - Boring Log Viewer

This project contains a Jupyter notebook that views boring log data contained in the Next Generation Liquefaction (NGL) relational database (doi.org/10.21222/C2J040). The NGL database is mirrored to DesignSafe and users can query the data using Python scripts in Jupyter notebooks. This Jupyter notebook establishes a connection to the database and uses a graphical user interface to query the database and plot boring log data including soil description, stratigraphy, and penetration resistance measurements.

本项目包含一款Jupyter笔记本，可用于查看存储于下一代液化（Next Generation Liquefaction，NGL）关系数据库（doi.org/10.21222/C2J040）中的钻孔日志数据。该NGL数据库已镜像至DesignSafe平台，用户可通过Jupyter笔记本中的Python脚本对数据进行查询。本Jupyter笔记本可建立与该数据库的连接，并通过图形用户界面完成数据库查询，同时绘制包含土体描述、地层剖面及贯入阻力测试数据在内的钻孔日志可视化图表。
