Hanging Leaves Wood UAV lidar plots, December 2018 and June 2019

The dataset includes six plots extracted from a UAV lidar point cloud obtained in Hanging Leaves Wood in Cockle Park Farm in December 2018 and June 2019. Each plot consists of 20 trees:Plot A - European larchPlot B - SycamorePlot C - English oakPlot D - Sitka sprucePlot E - Norway sprucePlot F - mixed Sycamore and English oakThe plots were used for the testing of individual tree detection and segmentation algorithms in single and mixed-species scenarios, in the leaf-off and leaf-on seasons.

本数据集包含6个样地，均源自2018年12月与2019年6月在科克尔公园农场（Cockle Park Farm）悬叶林地（Hanging Leaves Wood）获取的无人机激光雷达（UAV LiDAR）点云数据。每个样地包含20株树木，具体如下：样地A为欧洲落叶松（European larch），样地B为悬铃木（Sycamore），样地C为英国栎（English oak），样地D为西加云杉（Sitka spruce），样地E为挪威云杉（Norway spruce），样地F为悬铃木与英国栎混交林（mixed Sycamore and English oak）。上述样地被用于单树种与混交树种场景下的单木检测（individual tree detection）与分割（segmentation）算法测试，测试覆盖无叶季与有叶季两个物候期。
