To clarify the specific regulating mechanism of JMJ4 under cold treatment, we performed ChIP-seq assay of jmj4 mutant and wild type plants under control and cold treatment conditions. For ChIP-seq of H3K27me3, jmj4 mutant and wild type plants were both subjected to 25 degree and 4 degree treatment for 12h, then leaf samples were collected for high-throughput sequencing. For ChIP-seq of HA tag, OE-JMJ4 plants were subjected to 4 degree treatment for 12h, then leaf samples were collected for high-throughput sequencing.
