Masks and atlases

This zip file contains a set of gifti files that define the ROIs reported in the manuscript. The 'Surface_masks' are binary masks that define the vertices we assessed for further analysis (i.e. the 'tonotopic population' as it is referred to in the paper). The 'Surface_atlases' define the location of the ROIs defined in the manuscript. Specifically: 1. A12. R3. RT4. Mbelt5. LBelt6. P17. P2. The data in separate directories are in the original HCP 59k surface format and upsampled to the fsaverage 164k surface format. The data were resampled using the connectome workbench wb_command -label-resample command with BARYCENTRIC resampling.
