This dataset is an index test dataset for the filtering performance of photonic PN junctions, which is part of the research on general signal regulation technology enabled by photonic PN junctions. It mainly includes spectrometer screenshots from filtering function tests and corresponding test result data, with the primary file formats being BMP and CSV. This dataset is directly acquired by reading data from the spectrometer and is fully open and freely shared. This dataset demonstrates the feasibility of photonic PN junctions in optical filtering, and holds potential application value in the field of microwave imaging radar.
