Cyp450 1A1/1B1 activity [Inferential stats]

This study reports a comparative assessment of the biological impact of a heated tobacco aerosol from the tobacco heating system (THS) 2.2 and smoke from a combustible 3R4F cigarette on human organotypic bronchial epithelium tissue exposed at the air-liquid interface. Cyp1a1/1b1 activity was measured in order to estimate xenobiotic metabolism induced by exposure. This dataset reports inferential statistics for each type of measurement comparing treatment groups vs. their respective controls, but also differences between different treatment (normalized to their respective control groups).

本研究针对烟草加热系统（Tobacco Heating System, THS）2.2产生的加热烟草气溶胶，与可燃型3R4F卷烟烟气，在气液界面暴露环境下对人类器官型支气管上皮组织的生物学影响开展了对比评估。为估算暴露诱导的外源性物质代谢水平，本研究检测了Cyp1a1/1b1活性。本数据集报告了各类检测指标的推断统计结果，既对比了各处理组与其对应的对照组，也分析了不同处理组经各自对照组归一化后的组间差异。
