Stockholm BAG

The Stockholm BAG is a constellation of seven research groups, whose PIs are affiliated to Karolinska Institutet (Adnane Achour, Jesper Haeggström, Luca Jovine and Robert Schnell) or Stockholm University (David Drew, Martin Hogböm, Pål Stenmark). Together, these groups are responsible for the large majority of the macromolecular crystallography research taking place in the Swedish capital. The scientific interests of the BAG encompass a broad variety of topics that include structural immunology, bacterial adhesion and toxicity, membrane proteins involved in inflammation and transport, fertilization, and enzymatic catalysis relevant to antibiotic production, green chemistry and cancer.

斯德哥尔摩BAG（Stockholm BAG）是由七个研究小组构成的科研联合体，其首席研究员（Principal Investigator，简称PI）分别隶属于卡罗林斯卡学院（Karolinska Institutet）与斯德哥尔摩大学（Stockholm University）：其中Adnane Achour、Jesper Haeggström、Luca Jovine与Robert Schnell四位研究员隶属于卡罗林斯卡学院，David Drew、Martin Hogböm及Pål Stenmark三位研究员隶属于斯德哥尔摩大学。上述团队共同承担了瑞典首都地区绝大多数的大分子晶体学（macromolecular crystallography）研究工作。该联合体的研究领域涵盖诸多主题，包括结构免疫学（structural immunology）、细菌黏附与毒性、参与炎症反应与物质转运的膜蛋白（membrane proteins）、受精过程，以及与抗生素生产、绿色化学及癌症相关的酶催化机制。
