Random Forest to classify the severity of Late blight in potato crops

It is a Random Forest algorithm developed in Python to classify 21 categories of Late blight severity, where the class 0 is soil and from 1 to 21 were symptom score measured by experts in field. It use as inputs aerial multispectral images acquired of two potato trials.

本研究基于Python开发了随机森林（Random Forest）算法，用于对21个等级的晚疫病（Late blight）严重度进行分类：其中类别0代表土壤，类别1至21为田间专家实测的病害症状评分。该算法以两项马铃薯试验获取的航空多光谱图像作为输入数据。
