This file contains the mashr results run on the three early developmental iPSCORE tissues and 47 adult GTEx tissues. We used mashr to calculate the tissue-specificity of pairs of eGenes and their eQTL lead variants across all 50 tissues. The file contains the following columns; <b>gene_variant </b>the space-separated identifier for the Gencode gene ID and the eQTL lead variant, <b>ntissues_tested</b> the total number of tissues that the gene_variant was tested in, <b>ntissues_significant</b> the total number of tissues that the gene_variant was significant (local false sign rate [LFSR] &lt; 0.05], <b>nipscore_tested</b> the number of iPSCORE tissues that the gene_variant was tested in, <b>ngtex_tested </b>the number of GTEx tissues that the gene_variant was tested in. The remaining columns contain the mashr-calculated LFSR values for the three iPSCORE tissues and 47 GTEx tissues.
