The anonymised clavicle data that was used in the research is indicated in the attached spreadsheets. The full data set is shown. The samples used for training is also indicated. The full set of segmented clavicles are also presented in STL form. All results with regards to morphometric analysis, estimation errors and patient specific heatmaps is also presented.
