Nonsense-mediated mRNA decay counteracts TRP53 to maintain the progenitor cell pool for brain development (snRNA-seq_e15invivo)

To examine the transcriptomic changes in neocorices from E13.5 Emx1-Upf2cKO and their control littermates at a single cell level, we performed snRNA-seq using the 10x Chromium platform. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of snRNA-seq data for neocorices from E15.5 Emx1-Upf2cKO and their control littermates.为在单细胞水平探究胚胎第13.5天（E13.5）Emx1-Upf2条件性敲除（cKO）小鼠及其同窝对照小鼠新皮层的转录组变化，本研究采用10x Chromium平台开展单细胞核RNA测序（single nuclear RNA-seq, snRNA-seq）实验。针对胚胎第15.5天（E15.5）Emx1-Upf2cKO小鼠及其同窝对照小鼠的新皮层snRNA-seq数据，我们完成了比较基因表达谱分析。
