The project goals were to design, construct, and assess a treatment wetland, retrofit Rinker’s pond within the city-owned plat, monitor water quality, and conduct plant surveys to test the effectiveness of treatment wetlands in stormwater management and habMayitat quality improvement. This project will engage the residents into public education programs in order to help them enhance their awareness of issues of and solutions to stormwater associated problems.
