Abstract This article discusses how the formation of specialized professionals for exceptional education was thematized and represented, by the Federação Nacional das Associações de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais, between the 1960s and 1970s, in Brazil, from the historiographical perspective of the New Cultural History. As a source of research, we used the periodical publication Mensagem da Apae, the official publication of the Federation of Apaes, in its first ten years of existence (1963-1973). It could be concluded that this Federation and its affiliates sought to (through) form, through announcements of courses published in the form, a model of teachers and technicians specialized in the education of exceptional according to the instrumental rationality in force in that period.
摘要:本文以新文化史(New Cultural History)的史学研究视角,探讨了1960至1970年代巴西的巴西全国残障人士父母及友人协会联合会(Federação Nacional das Associações de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais,简称Apae),如何围绕特殊教育专业人才的培养展开议题建构与实践呈现。本研究以该联合会的官方期刊《Apae通讯》(Mensagem da Apae)创刊首十年(1963年—1973年)的刊载内容作为研究数据源。研究结论显示:该联合会及其下属会员协会,试图依托该期刊刊登的课程公告,结合当时主流的工具理性(instrumental rationality),打造一批专精于残障人士教育的教师与技术人员队伍。
