2、精装修住宅业主满意度主要包括设计风格、装修质量、智慧家居、维修响应、建材品牌、空间规划、节能环保七个因子，由业主根据自身感受以1-5分进行打分。

Analyzing the satisfaction of owners of finely decorated residential properties is a critical step to optimize the management and service of enterprises in the decoration engineering industry. It helps enterprises identify deficiencies in their project management, formulate targeted improvement measures, improve the comprehensive quality of decoration projects when serving owners, maintain good relationships with owners, enhance corporate image, and boost brand value and overall competitiveness.
1. The data was collected from questionnaires distributed to owners of finely decorated residential properties in the Shenzhen area by our company, and underwent cleaning, anonymization, removal of outliers, null values and erroneous values before analysis.
2. The satisfaction of owners of finely decorated residential properties covers seven main factors: design style, decoration quality, smart home, maintenance response, building material brand, space planning, energy conservation and environmental protection. Owners rate each factor on a 1-5 scale based on their personal experience.
The weights of the seven factors were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), with the corresponding values being 16.370%, 14.416%, 12.462%, 14.720%, 12.723%, 15.849% and 13.461% respectively for design style, decoration quality, smart home, maintenance response, building material brand, space planning and energy conservation and environmental protection.
