Site images from an Archaeological Evaluation of Land at Quenchwell Road, Carnon Downs, Cornwall 2020

This archive comprises 10 images from an archaeological evaluation of land at Quenchwell Road undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology in May 2020. A total of five trenches were excavated, revealing six shallow ditches, all but one of which corresponded to former field boundaries visible on a c.1840 tithe map and recorded by a previous geophysical survey.

本归档文件包含2020年5月由科茨沃尔德考古（Cotswold Archaeology）开展的奎克韦尔路（Quenchwell Road）地块考古评估项目的10张影像资料。本次评估共开挖5处探沟，揭露了6处浅沟遗存；其中除1处外，其余均与1840年左右什一税地图上可见的既往田界相吻合，且该类田界已被此前的地球物理勘探记录在案。
