A multi-tissue gene expression atlas in water buffalo

This dataset contains a one-to-one orthologous gene list between buffalo and cattle, a gene expression profile of 355 samples and 27,680 genes in buffalo, as well as a gene expression profile of 355 samples and 16,497 orthologous genes. Additionally, it includes tissue-specific expression genes, housekeeping genes list in buffalo, and conserved and differentially expressed genes list between buffalo and cattle.
