Expression data from isolated areas from [Apc-Arid1a]ko-focal liver tissues after FFPE treatment

We used microarrays to analyse differences between red blood cell region, adjacent region or healthy tissue, After sacrifice of mice presenting peliosis-like areas or control ones, livers were harvested, fixed overnight in 4% formalin buffer, and embedded in paraffin. Healthy (N=4), adjacent (N=4) and peliosis-like areas (N=4) were isolated from 15 to 20 paraffin sections. After deparaffinization, FFPE tissues were lysed for 24h in tissue lysis buffer supplemented with proteinase K at 60C. and total RNA were extracted from tissue sections with Trizol reagent. After purification, RNA was quantified. Then, RNA was analyzed with microarrays.
