Influence of organic and synthetic fertilizers on diversity of cassava rhizosphere microbiome

This project investigates the impact of organic and synthetic fertilizers on the diversity and composition of the cassava rhizosphere microbiome. By analyzing microbial communities associated with cassava plants grown under different fertilizer application, we aim to understand how organics and synthetic fertilizers influence soil microbial diversity and its potential contribution to cassava growth and production.
