AF2.3 predictions of host-host, host-virus and virus-virus dimers from HSV-1 infected cells.

Intact HSV-1 infected cells were cross-linked using DSSO cross-linker at 24hpi. Cross-linked PPIs were predicted using AF2.1 and corresponding .pdb files are uploaded.

采用DSSO交联剂对感染后24小时（hpi，hours post infection）的完整1型单纯疱疹病毒（HSV-1）感染细胞进行交联。使用AF2.1（AlphaFold 2.1）预测交联的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用（PPIs，Protein-Protein Interactions），对应的PDB格式文件已上传。
