A1 B1 Experimental evolution data

Populations of drosophila with different starting frequencies of mitochondrial haplotype (A1 or B1) and nuclear background (Melbourne or Townsville) were evolved at two divergent temperatures (17°C or 27°C) and frequency of the A1 haplotype was scored over 10 generations. The data shows the frequency of A1 over F3, F5 and F10 for each individual population.

本实验以线粒体单倍型（mitochondrial haplotype）起始频率不同、核遗传背景（nuclear background）分别为墨尔本或汤斯维尔的果蝇种群为研究对象，在17°C与27°C两种极端温度条件下开展进化培养，并在10代传代过程中对A1单倍型的频率进行统计测定。本数据集包含各独立种群在F3、F5及F10代的A1单倍型频率数据。
