This printed register records instructions for the allocation of work to field officers which was annotated when an assigned inspection had been carried out.Each inspection entry has the following fields: No.; Date (Received, Receipt No., Date, Field days, Travel days, Office days); Particulars (Parish, County); Action.The particulars of the inspection include: surveying of subdivisions; placements of reference markers according to orders; improvement purchase applications and compliance of conditional leases and purchases.Roughly one third of this volume has been used and the actions recorded are predominately "Survey Completed" with a date but there may also be other notes and annotations.
