The data package primarily contains invention and utility model patent data related to iohexol sourced from the global patent database. The patent data is evaluated and classified using a self-developed algorithm, enabling horizontal and longitudinal analysis of the dynamics of iohexol-related patent data, and facilitating the understanding of achievements in iohexol intellectual property work. By comparing the iohexol patent data of various enterprises and individuals, one can gain insights into the differences in their technological innovation capabilities and innovation levels. Understanding the technological development trends of iohexol can help enterprises avoid redundant R&D and prevent their developed technologies from infringing on others' intellectual property rights. This dataset is built upon an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model integrated with the entropy weight method. The target layer is patent value, while the indicator layer divides the patent value evaluation system into five core value dimensions: market, technology, law, strategy, and economy. The indicator layer further branches into a criterion layer, with specific indicators as follows: - Technological value: number of IPC classifications, number of cited patents, and years of authorization - Economic value: remaining patent term years, comprehensive third-party valuation, and number of pledge transactions - Legal value: number of claims, number of document pages, and number of non-patent references - Strategic value: number of inventors, number of simple patent family members, and number of citations within 5 years - Market value: number of technical subject classifications, patent type, and whether the patent belongs to strategic emerging industries A five-dimensional original matrix is established based on the aforementioned dimensions and indicators. Corresponding weights are calculated by randomly crawling the corresponding data of patent evaluation criteria via the algorithm. The weights derived from the entropy weight method are applied to the calculation of each value dimension. The five dimensions carry equal individual weights, and the sum of the five types of values is defined as the comprehensive value of high-value patents. The IFS function is utilized to determine the patent value grade, which is used to classify patents into ultra-high-value patents, high-value patents, general-value patents, and valueless patents. This provides technical personnel in this field with R&D decision-making basis and priority references for technology avoidance.
