硅渣、废坩埚等是工业硅、多晶硅冶炼过程中产生的光伏固废,本研究以硅渣、废坩埚等为主要原料制备高性能微晶玻璃。首先,系统研究硅渣、废坩埚等物性,包括采用X-荧光光谱仪分析硅渣化学组成、X-射线衍射分析硅渣物相、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了硅渣形貌、背散射扫描电子显微图像以及EDS能谱分析了硅渣中各物相分布情况。
Silicon slag, waste crucibles and other solid wastes are photovoltaic solid wastes generated during the smelting of industrial silicon and polycrystalline silicon. This study uses silicon slag, waste crucibles and other similar materials as the main raw materials to prepare high-performance glass-ceramics. First, the physical properties of silicon slag, waste crucibles and other similar materials were systematically studied, including analyzing the chemical composition of silicon slag with an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), characterizing the phase composition of silicon slag via X-ray diffraction (XRD), observing the morphology of silicon slag through a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), acquiring backscattered scanning electron microscopy (BSE) images, and analyzing the distribution of each phase in silicon slag using Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS).
