PHIDU - Measure of Disadvantage - Summary (PHN) 2011

This dataset, released in March 2018, contains the Index of Relative Socio-economic Disadvantage (IRSD), 2011. The data is by Primary Health Network (PHN) 2017 geographic boundaries based on the 2016 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).\n\nThere are 31 PHNs set up by the Australian Government. Each network is controlled by a board of medical professionals and advised by a clinical council and community advisory committee. The boundaries of the PHNs closely align with the Local Hospital Networks where possible.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](http://www.phidu.torrens.edu.au/current/data/sha-aust/notes/phidu_data_sources_notes.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU based on ABS Socio-economic Indexes for Areas (SEIFA), 2011 data. The LGAdata were re-produced from the ABS originals. Data that was not shown/not applicable/not published/not available for the specific area ('#', '..', '^', 'np, 'n.a.', 'n.y.a.' in original PHIDU data) was removed.It has been replaced by by Blank cells. 澳大利亚政府共设立31个基层医疗网络，每个网络由医疗专业人士组成的理事会管理，并由临床委员会与社区咨询委员会提供咨询建议。在条件允许的情况下，基层医疗网络的边界将尽可能与本地医院网络保持一致。

数据来源：由PHIDU基于澳大利亚统计局（Australian Bureau of Statistics, ABS）2011年发布的区域社会经济指数（Socio-economic Indexes for Areas, SEIFA）编制。地方政府区域（Local Government Area, LGA）数据源自澳大利亚统计局原始数据并经复刻制作；其他地理层级的数据则基于已发布的澳大利亚统计局二级统计区域（Statistical Area 2, SA2）数据，通过人口加权平均法构建。
