资源简介:
This project investigates how selection intensity influences genomic responses during experimental evolution. Outcrossing populations of Saccharomyces cerevisiae were evolved for approximately 200 generations across a continuum of environmental conditions ranging from no ethanol exposure to moderate and high ethanol stress. Using population genomic and transcriptomic data, the study examines how patterns of allele and haplotype frequency change vary across stress regimes, and how laboratory adaptation in control populations may interact with treatment-specific evolutionary responses.
