We used RNA-Seq to search for potential downstream effectors of Krt13 during the development of White Sponge Nevus-like phenotype in mice Overall design: We profiled the transcriptomes of whole P0 tongues and P20 ventral tongues from wild type and Krt13 knockout mice. Four or five biologically independent samples were collected for each genotype.
