Barro Colorado Island, AVA tower.Wind speed, electronic sensor, interval max/min/avg<br>Established in Mar, 2011 as part of the ForestGEO Tropical Ecology, Assessment and Monitoring (TEAM) project.<br>The original tower was Located near the center of the island at the north west corner of the 50ha plot (9.1568°, -79.8486°).<br>In 2018 this tower was struck by a tree fall and rendered unusable.<br>In Feb. 2019 a new 45m tower was build close by (9.1568°, -79.8486°). <br>

巴罗科罗拉多岛（Barro Colorado Island）AVA气象塔数据集：采用电子传感器采集的风速数据，包含间隔时段的最大值、最小值与平均值。该数据集于2011年3月建立，作为森林动态监测网络（ForestGEO）热带生态评估与监测（TEAM）项目的组成部分。初代气象塔坐落于该岛中心附近的50公顷样地西北角，坐标为（9.1568°，-79.8486°）。2018年，该塔被倒塌的树木撞击后无法继续使用。2019年2月，在附近新建了一座高45米的新气象塔，坐标为（9.1568°，-79.8486°）。
