Role of transcription factor Akirin in the modulation of female fecundity in Nilaparvata lugens

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the regulatory role of Akirin in the reproduction of BPH, comprehend its connection to genes associated with Vg and the pathways involved in Vg synthesis, enrich and develop the molecular basis of insect reproduction regulation, and provide a resource for the development of new pest control strategies targeting reproduction regulation.
