Transcriptome sequencing and microRNA–mRNA regulatory network construction in the lens from a Na2Se03-induced Sprague Dawley rat cataract model [RNA]

To explore the regulatory mechanism of age-related cataract (ARC) formation and progression，we construct sodium selenite-induced rat cataract model and performed the high-throughput RNA sequencing (HTS) technology to identify the mRNA and miRNA expression profiles of the lens from Na2Se03-induced and saline - injected Sprague Dawley rats.为探究年龄相关性白内障（age-related cataract, ARC）发生与进展的调控机制，本研究构建了亚硒酸钠（Na₂SeO₃）诱导的大鼠白内障模型，并采用高通量RNA测序（high-throughput RNA sequencing, HTS）技术，对经亚硒酸钠诱导与生理盐水注射处理的斯普拉格-道利（Sprague Dawley）大鼠的晶状体信使RNA（mRNA）与微小RNA（miRNA）表达谱进行了鉴定。
