Single cell RNA sequencing reveals cellular heterogeneity of PBMC of systemic lupus erythematosus patients

To investigate ISGs expression chracteristics of leucocyte types of SLE patients, single cell RNA sequencing was applied to 2 SLE patients and 1 health volunteer. 10X Genomics single cell RNA sequencing was applied to PBMC of 2 SLE new onset patients without using any immunosupressive drugs and 1 health volunteer.
