精密光学器件在线综合测试仪样机48小时连续工作数据是长春奥普光电技术股份有限公司委托佛山赛宝信息产业技术研究院有限公司对本项目自主研发的工程样机开展的48小时连续工作测试。分别在样机开机后、待机24 小时后和48小时后开展功能性能测试。测试的关键指标有光学中心间距测量精度、哈特曼波前像像差测量精度和中心偏测量精度。测试前经讨论审核形成测试大纲,并按照测试大纲进行测试,测试过程记录测试数据,最终形成测试报告。

The 48-hour continuous operation data of the prototype of the on-line comprehensive tester for precision optical devices comes from a 48-hour continuous operation test conducted by Foshan SAIBO Information Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. commissioned by Changchun Aupu Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. on the engineering prototype independently developed for this project. Functional performance tests were carried out at three time points: immediately after the prototype was powered on, after 24 hours of standby, and after 48 hours of continuous operation. The key test indicators include the measurement accuracy of optical center spacing, the measurement accuracy of Hartmann wavefront aberration, and the measurement accuracy of center deviation. A test outline was formulated through discussion and review before the test, the test was conducted in accordance with the outline, test data were recorded during the test process, and a final test report was formed.
