Additional file 3: of The common transcriptional subnetworks of the grape berry skin in the late stages of ripening

Differential expression results from edgeR of the significantly affected transcripts in common from berry skins of seven grapevine cultivars at different °Brix levels. V1 ID refers to the transcript identification of the gene loci of the V1 version of the PN40024 Vitis vinifera reference genome. Cultivar abbreviations are Cabernet Sauvignon (CS), Merlot (ME), Pinot Noir (PN), Chardonnay (CD) and Semillon (SM). P-values and adjusted p-values (PAdj) were calculated for each of the comparisons between the different °Brix levels for each cultivar (XLSX 2391 kb).

本数据集为基于edgeR分析所得的结果，覆盖七个葡萄品种在不同°Brix水平下，其浆果果皮中共同的显著差异表达转录本。V1 标识（V1 ID）对应PN40024酿酒葡萄（Vitis vinifera）参考基因组V1版本的基因位点转录本编号。供试品种缩写规则如下：赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon，CS）、梅洛（Merlot，ME）、黑皮诺（Pinot Noir，PN）、霞多丽（Chardonnay，CD）与赛美蓉（Semillon，SM）。针对每个品种的不同°Brix水平间的全部比较组合，均已计算原始P值与校正后P值（PAdj），完整数据集以XLSX格式存储，文件大小为2391 kb。
