We isolated PBMCs from human peripheral blood. To understand the effect of NGO on hPBMCs, we treated hPBMCs with NGO and analyzed changes in the transcriptome. Overall design: To investigate the effect of NGO on hPBMCs in a T cell-activated condition, we activated T cells with CD3/28 Dynabeads and IL-2, and treated hPBMCs with NGO.
