本研究旨在探究抑制性密码子对（inhibitory codon pairs）与mRNA合成/降解速率、每mRNA的蛋白质丰度、核糖体占位率（ribosome occupancy）及蛋白质降解速率之间的关联。(A) 采用Spearman秩相关系数与偏相关系数，评估抑制性密码子对占比与各基因表达变量间的相关性；其中P值分别基于Kim[16]的方法与置换检验（permutation tests）计算得到。(B) 与(A)逻辑一致，但采用Kendall秩相关系数进行分析。(C) 与(A)逻辑一致，但针对抑制性密码子对的存在与否开展分析。(D) 与(B)逻辑一致，但针对抑制性密码子对的存在与否开展分析。（XLSX 54 KB）
