P values obtained according to Kim [16] and those based on permutation tests are shown. (B) Same as (A) but for Kendallâ s correlation coefficients. 本研究旨在探究抑制性密码子对(inhibitory codon pairs)与mRNA合成/降解速率、每mRNA的蛋白质丰度、核糖体占位率(ribosome occupancy)及蛋白质降解速率之间的关联。(A) 采用Spearman秩相关系数与偏相关系数,评估抑制性密码子对占比与各基因表达变量间的相关性;其中P值分别基于Kim[16]的方法与置换检验(permutation tests)计算得到。(B) 与(A)逻辑一致,但采用Kendall秩相关系数进行分析。(C) 与(A)逻辑一致,但针对抑制性密码子对的存在与否开展分析。(D) 与(B)逻辑一致,但针对抑制性密码子对的存在与否开展分析。(XLSX 54 KB)
