esyN network analysis of interactions derived from high-confidence hits of CRISPR-Cas9 dropout screens with olaparib using HeLa, RPE1-hTERT, and SUM149PT cell lines. To identify hits, a depletion score for each gene was computed using DrugZ. A list of 155 genes having an FDR ≤ 0.01 in at least one cell line and FDR ≤ 0.1 in two or more cell lines was assembled. 77 out of 155 genes are mapped on the network and node size was weighted to reflect the mean DrugZ score across cell lines.
