Foreclosure filings

This extract lists all reported civil cases (including but not limited to foreclosure hearings) in the State of North Carolina for the previous 5 years. The most current update contains all records from January 2016-June 2020. As a result, this dataset is largely comprehensive, and represents the totality of foreclosure hearings and outcomes over that time period. However, it does not include cases that have been closed or removed, as is allowed in some jurisdictions. The raw AOC Extract is provided as a zip file containing 15+ large files. The extract is made available biannually, in January and July, and contains the civil case records for the preceding 5 years. The extract contains detailed records on civil actions, including but not limited to filing dates, parties, issue types, and judgments. Records also include addresses for parties, as well as identifying codes for the county/jurisdiction in which each action is filed.

本数据集收录北卡罗来纳州近五年内所有已报备的民事案件，涵盖范围包括但不限于止赎听证会。本次最新更新包包含2016年1月至2020年6月期间的全部相关记录。因此，本数据集整体较为全面，完整呈现了该时间段内所有止赎听证会的相关信息与最终审理结果。不过，按照部分司法辖区的相关规定，本数据集未纳入已结案或已撤销的案件。原始AOC提取文件（AOC Extract）以压缩包形式提供，内含15个以上大型数据文件。该数据集每半年更新一次，更新时点为每年1月与7月，覆盖此前五年的民事案件记录。数据集内包含民事诉讼的详细档案，具体包括但不限于立案日期、当事人信息、案件争议类型以及判决结果。记录中还收录了当事人的住址信息，以及各案件立案所属县/司法辖区的识别编码。
