Motor challenge constrains multiscale cardiac autonomic organization in Parkinson's disease: RR-interval dataset and analysis pipeline
收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo deposit provides the de-identified RR-interval dataset (Polar H10) and the full Python analysis pipeline used to generate the tables/figures and statistical results reported in the manuscript “Motor Challenge Constrains Multiscale Cardiac Autonomic Organization in Parkinson’s Disease”. Participants (young adults, older adults, and patients with Parkinson’s disease) completed three epochs: seated rest (10 min), unobstructed walking (4 min), and obstacle negotiation (4 min). The pipeline computes time-domain HRV (MeanRR, MeanHR, SDNN, RMSSD), entropy metrics (ApEn; multiscale entropy at selected scales), derives a PCA-based Complexity Index (CI), and runs generalized estimating equations (GEE) models with mean heart rate adjustment. A PD-only sensitivity analysis optionally incorporates levodopa equivalent daily dose (LEDD) when pd_ledd.csv is provided. All outputs are written to outputs/tables and outputs/figures.
