Black carbon amendment to marine microbial community. 16S amplicon black carbon

Black carbon is partially combusted organic matter from biomass burning and or diesel engine was added to marine microbial community in a bottle incubation experiment. The seawater was sampled in the Ligurian Sea and in the Adriatic Sea (Mediterranean Sea).
