该数据包含了广东省阳江市高新区2020年以来政务服务领取登记信息，针对阳江市高新区政务服务领取登记工作，收集在领取过程中，系统分配的唯一办件编号和分配领取登记部门及领取人信息，详细记录每个环节的名称和领取时间，领取结果信息。并根据《广东政务服务网办件过程数据采集规范》规则进行数据清洗整理，提高领取登记数据的时效性和准确性。

This dataset contains the registration information for government service pickups in the High-tech Zone of Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, since 2020. For the government service pickup registration work in this zone, it collects the unique case number assigned by the system during the pickup process, as well as the information of the assigned registration department and the pickup person. It also records in detail the name of each processing link, the pickup time, and the pickup result information. Data cleaning and organization were conducted in accordance with *Data Collection Specifications for Process Data of Government Service Cases on Guangdong Government Service Network* to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the pickup registration data.
