GBS sample data

A random subset (25M reads per file) of an existing real dataset. The dataset comprises Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) data for 34 sheep from a high and a low selection line. The GBS library was created using a <i>Pst</i>I-<i>Msp</i>I double-digest followed by a size selection step. The dataset comprises several trios (dam, sire, progeny).Also provided are a set of bash, R, python helper scripts to go from fastq files to allelic depth information and arrive at a genomic relationship matrix.<br>Any data shared here is without warranty of any kind and in no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or any liability.<br><br>

本数据集为现有真实数据集的随机子集，每个文件包含2500万条测序读段（reads）。本数据集包含源自高、低两个选择品系的34只绵羊的测序分型（Genotyping by Sequencing，GBS）数据。该GBS文库采用PstI-MspI双酶切后进行片段大小筛选的方法构建。本数据集包含多个家系三联体（母本、父本、后代）。同时还提供了一套bash、R、Python辅助脚本，可实现从FASTQ文件到等位基因深度信息的处理，并最终生成基因组亲缘关系矩阵。本数据集所共享的全部数据均无任何形式的担保，在任何情况下，作者及版权持有者均不对任何主张、损害或其他责任承担责任。
