Cambodian wildlife surveillance with environmental DNA with hybridiaztion capture method

Oligo probes and primers were synthesized to target mammalian mitochondrial genomes, which were applied to environmental DNA by hybridization capture and metabarcoding methods. Through comparing with camera trap observations, we aimed to assess the sensitivity and specificity of eDNA-based methods on detecting wildlife presence in the field.
