Stage-specific bacteriome in bark beetles from Scolytinae. Ips typographus, Picea abies

We have screened the stage specific bacterial assemblage from Ips typographus larvae and adults collected from Czechia and Austria via 16S sequencing. Our study delineates the stage specific bacterial association in Ips typographus. It also evaluates the host and environmental impact on bark beetle bacterial association.
