This dataset records and analyzes regional and store data of entities in Shanxi Province that participate in brand marketing activities via Huihe Technology's legally owned in-house platforms including E-Dianjia. Algorithms are applied to calculate the value rating of provincial regions and stores, which supports multiple scenarios including brand campaign planning, store classification management, personalized precision marketing, and formulation of service optimization strategies. Additionally, it can serve enterprises or institutions with demands in industry-related scenarios such as merchant behavior pattern analysis and store operation analysis—for instance, providing data references for various brands to launch their campaigns, and offering data support for store operators to assess their own operational vitality. (The sample data only demonstrates the algorithm and evaluation workflow for one region and one store, while the full data package includes stores from other regions that participated in the activities.)
1. Data Collection: Regional and store data of Shanxi entities participating in brand marketing activities are collected and analyzed via the above-mentioned platforms. The collected data undergoes processing including cleaning, deduplication, and removal of invalid records. The data package is aggregated by region, so the display order of records does not fully follow the chronological sequence.
2. Data Calculation: The data package contains monthly data of all stores in Shanxi that participated in brand activities (covering multiple regions and brands). The store operation status is verified: photos showing the store's normal operation or participation in activities are uploaded to the Huihe Audit Platform, and the status will be marked as "No Abnormalities" upon approval. (Store photos involve personal privacy and will not be disclosed). Stores that signed the cooperation agreement are recorded as participants of the corresponding activity. The value rating of a store/region is calculated as: (Total number of participating stores in the target region this month / Total number of participating stores across Shanxi Province this month) * k, where k is the value coefficient that varies by year, and the coefficient for 2024 is set to 10.
3. Grading Evaluation: The value ratings of stores and regions are graded as follows:
- 0 < k ≤ 3: Rated as "General Value Region / General Value Store"
- 3 < k ≤ 6: Rated as "Development Value Region / Development Value Store"
- 6 < k < 10: Rated as "Key Value Region / Key Value Store"
(According to actual deployment, there are no cases where k=0 or k=10, and store ratings are subordinate to the rating of their affiliated region.)
4. Data Reuse: The dataset can be reused to provide data support for multiple scenarios: offering data references for brand parties to launch targeted campaigns, assisting store operators in evaluating their own operational vitality. For example, feedback can be provided to brand parties to promote closer cooperation between brands and "Key Value Region / Key Value Store" entities, including providing preferential policies and other support.
