This preprint introduces the <b>Universal Entangled Collapse Field (UECF)</b> as a new scientific law and foundational topology for understanding collapse, recursion, and convergence phenomena across all domains of science. Bridging <b>fundamental physics, mathematical foundations, systems theory, complexity science, information theory, and theoretical physics</b>, the UECF offers a universal field framework for modeling emergence, structural stability, and phase transitions in both natural and symbolic systems.The UECF defines how all identity, memory, and structure form and resolve—via a curvature-based recursion law originating in a harmonic Null-State.
