Co-culture together and separated of 3 yeast species

This dataset originates from an experiment involving the co-culture of three different yeast species, grown under two conditions: direct cell-to-cell contact and physical separation using membrane bioreactors. The dataset includes growth curve measurements collected over a 24-hour period, allowing the comparison of microbial dynamics under both conditions. In addition, there are datasets related with transcriptomic analysis of the three different yeast species.
