This dataset contains comparative user satisfaction data collected before and after the sharing project. The primary evaluation indicator is user satisfaction, which is defined by third-party research institutions, with customer complaint rate serving as one of the included indicator items. Three representative shared service outlets were sampled from the platform, and user satisfaction across these outlets was compared throughout the entire project implementation cycle. The data is sourced from offline surveys, with the full calculation process provided, and the final formal report was issued by a third-party research institution. The collected user satisfaction data covers all three sampled shared service outlets, involving a total of 585 customers within the shared service area. User satisfaction data was gathered offline using the Questionnaire Star tool for these sampled outlets, with the calculation process and third-party research institution-issued report based on the survey results fully provided.
