通过AFLP分子标记技术,研究广西北部湾互花米草居群遗传多样性和遗传结构,以及遗传多样性与表型差异和环境的关系,经过分析发现互花米草居群遗传分化低但是表型差异较大,表型可塑性在互花米草适应环境的过程中起到了重要作用。
Using AFLP molecular marker technology, this study investigated the genetic diversity and genetic structure of Spartina alterniflora populations in the Beibu Gulf of Guangxi, as well as the relationships among genetic diversity, phenotypic differences and environmental factors. Analyses revealed that Spartina alterniflora populations exhibit low genetic differentiation but substantial phenotypic differences, and phenotypic plasticity plays a critical role in the environmental adaptation of this species.
