This paper introduces the Triple-Helix Braid Framework, modeling neutrinos as triple-helix braided vibrational force lines carrying topological charge. In this geometry, particle energy directly dictates wave amplitude and spiral radius, acting as a structural stiffening agent against external 5D gravitational perturbations. By defining decoherence as the mechanical unbraiding of this topology under an integrated gravitational gradient, we derive a unified structural coupling constant (). Anchoring this constant experimentally to the IceCube 30 TeV cosmic neutrino survival knee—representing the absolute energy required to maintain coherence across a diametric Earth transit—the framework deterministically scales across all known neutrino anomalies. Applying this singular geometric constant, the mathematics flawlessly predict the profound decoherence observed in 3 MeV reactor antineutrinos (JUNO), predict the $$476-fold structural deficit causing oscillation in 2 GeV long-baseline accelerator beams (NOvA), and algebraically mandate the total topological shredding of 1 MeV solar neutrinos escaping the stellar core, cleanly deriving the MSW effect from pure geometry. Furthermore, the chiral coupling of 5D gravitational flow to these braids provides a natural geometric source for cosmological baryon asymmetry.
