Radiation - highest period (Bio21)

Data derived using ANUCLIM v6 (beta) with the new set of climate surfaces (centred on 1990), by Dr. Kristen Williams. "Period" is used here as the month used for the values may not correspond to a single month. For example it may span two months as for example January 15 to February 15.
